Adrian Williams is a speaker, executive coach, leadership development trainer, and a single father of one. He is also a 10-year Navy Veteran with a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature and Composition. Helping develop leaders is one of his passions and as a founding member of the John Maxwell Leadership team, he has worked with various civic organizations, churches, and private sector businesses of all sizes in equipping others with the tools to further develop their leadership muscles. He continues to be a strong voice for racial reconciliation.
As a single father of a teenage son, he knows all too well the challenges that face single parents of boys, and has a burning desire to assist others in navigating through the tunnel of single parenting. Adrian has volunteered in numerous roles for The Dented Fender, and he echoes the DF message of believing that while we don’t always get to choose what happens to us, we can choose to grow in compassion and wisdom because of those things.
Cathy Baker has been involved with The Dented Fender since its inception She embarked on this amazing adventure because of her passion for spreading the message that despite the many crazy ups and down’s life brings, God offers peace, hope and joy (yes joy!!) in the midst of every situation. This passion is exactly what drew her to the DF.
Cathy holds a Bachelor degree in nursing and has worked as a registered nurse in critical care and Electrophysiology. She has held leadership positions in ministry as well as in the health care field She is married and is the mother of a blended family of 6 children plus 2 spoiled dogs.
Pat Griffor is a Co-founder / Principal of Heritage Hill Capital Partners, a fast-growing property management and investment firm. He has over 30 years of insurance, financial and real estate related experience. Pat earned his BA in Math and Economics from Hiram College, graduating with cum laude honors. He is a results-oriented executive with diverse and deep experience, and is known for implementing new organizational structures and building successful teams for multi-million dollar projects that span organizational functions. He brings his vast business experiences and highly energetic, positive approach to tackling tough issues to The Dented Fender team.
On the spiritual front, Pat found the Lord after going through his own spiritual tunnel when his wife of 15 years passed away. Since then, he has served in many capacities as a builder and leader at his church and in other faith-based organizations. He is happily remarried to his beautiful wife, Donna, and has three daughters including his foster daughter. Pat believes in The Dented Fender because of its personal, God-Centered approach to dealing with the tunnels that occur in our lives. He loves that there is a program that can help people successfully navigate to safe ground while having the real hope and love of Jesus as a close companion on the journey.
